Even in Italy there are serious daily violations of basic human rights, and human needs are being unmet.
These needs are often manifested by the exclusion of the right to healthcare to all individuals.
With this in mind, EMERGENCY has also begun working to alleviate the plight of immigrants and prisoners in Italy.
