EMERGENCY Life Support for Civilian War Victims, a non governmental organization (NGO) in Italy, was established in 1994, and to date has treated over three million patients. Its medical teams intervene with humanitarian initiatives in favor of victims, providing medical and surgical assistance to civilians in war zones.
