Today really is special – it isn’t just #MothersDay but #InternationalNursesDay too!

The word ‘nurse’ comes from the Latin ‘nutricia’, meaning ‘to nourish’.

Always on the frontline, nurses form the backbone of our field projects around the world. They offer not just medical treatment, but also humanity and compassion.

Simply put, they provide care – in every sense of the word.

Today, we want to show our support for all the incredible nurses who go above and beyond, who allow us to provide free, high-quality healthcare, and who work to assure the right to healthcare to those in need. #Healthforall
