World Day Against Human Trafficking 2020
Human trafficking is a scourge around the world. Today, we remind ourselves of the urgent need to end this inhumane and abusive exploitation.
Trafficking takes many different forms, but common to them all is a lack of value for human life.
This cruel phenomenon is often exacerbated by the lack of safe and legal routes for those fleeing from war, poverty and persecution.
In our projects, we see the physical and mental injuries caused by systematic and unjust practices like human trafficking.
We stand for humanity.
We stand with survivors.
End human trafficking.
